The mission of Labor Compliance Consultants of Southern California (LCCSC) is to ensure our clients understand the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) labor compliance requirements when doing business on Public Works projects throughout California and Arizona. LCCSC works to protect awarding bodies, contractors, and workers by ensuring compliance through training, monitoring, transparent reporting, and continuous education. LCCSC is committed to upholding ethical standards and supporting all parties in adapting to changes in Public Works and Prevailing Wage laws.
Labor Compliance Consultants of Southern California (LCCSC) was founded in 2013 and is a certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and State Women Business Enterprise (SWBE).
